Refund policy

On the rare occasion there is a problem with your order, please get in touch so we can work together to resolve the issue.

If your product arrives damaged upon arrival or in your care, we offer a return & repair service if necessary for the items listed below, there will be a charge for this service due to time and resources taken to make said repair.

  • Jars

If you have purchased a DIY Kit or Print and said product is damaged upon arrival we will offer a returns and replacement service.

If you have purchased a Diorama which has been damaged due to delivery we are happy to accept a return and do NOT wish for a repair service, sadly we can not issue a full refund, due to the amount of work that go into each piece, however you will be offered a 40% refund. 

We ask all customers who wish to return their item pay for the return of good.

We ask for evidence in the form of photos or videos of the product and the damage inflicted.

If you have not received your item or have been informed your item has been lost in the post, we do ask for evidence of this. E.G. emails, letters, etc. We will also be able to check on our system if the item has found its way to you. If in the sad circumstance it has not. We will issue a full investigation within the delivery service and try to resolve this issue. If the item can not  be found or at the end of this process you wish to not receive the item we will issue a full refund. Diorama's will be a 60% refund.

Sadly we can not issue full refunds on our dioramas due to the amount of time and work that goes into each piece which can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.
