Barn owls also known as Tyto Alba are found widely across the world apart from polar and desert regions, northern Asia, Indonesia and some pacific islands. They belong to the largest owl family.

Although they are normally found in open plain and farm land where they hunt small mammals, amphibians invertebrates and even small birds, they are known to seek shelter in woodland areas, this was the inspiration for the base of this diorama. Using lush deep greens and browns.

This piece is self standing, perfect for shelves or above the fireplace.
